    Jerod Bushman, PE

    Mechanical Engineer

    Jerod is a skilled mechanical engineer who graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in creating innovative solutions in a multitude of industries, applying both precision and creativity to his work. Outside of engineering, Jerod has a deep passion for shooting sports, blending his technical expertise with his love for marksmanship and paintball. When he's not working, or on the field, Jerod enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, often exploring the outdoors through hiking and traveling. A motorsports enthusiast at heart, he enjoys both the engineering and racing aspects which comes thru in his work. Jerod's drive for excellence extends from his professional endeavors to his personal passions, creating a balanced and dynamic approach to life.

    John Chambers, PhD, PMP

    Mechanical Engineer

    John is a certified project manager with a strong background in aerospace defense, industrial automation, and consumer goods. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University–Commerce, building a solid foundation for a successful career in managing complex, high-impact projects. John is a proud husband to his high school sweetheart and a devoted father to two energetic boys, balancing family life with a passion for leading teams and delivering results across diverse industries.
